Looking a diverse property portfolio as a whole gives us a unique living lab for scalable solutions.

Creating a 360-degree view to hundreds of buildings from their existing end-of-life automation poses a unique challenge. Work is done by dual wielding a ecosystem hat and a soldering iron.

Modern integration protocols and platforms are the go-to solution for isolated high-class projects. Occasional availability in the low and mid-class properties adds cost and complexity. Relying on BIM data can also lead to dead ends. Starting from the most challenging legacy systems ensures scalability across entire portfolio.
